What to include in your message

To help us respond quickly and accurately, it's useful to include:

  • A clear description of what you were trying to do
  • What happened instead (and any error message you saw)
  • The device and browser you're using (e.g. iPhone / Safari, Windows / Chrome)
  • Whether you were signed in as a registered user or a guest

The more detail you provide, the faster we can look into it.

Response times

We aim to respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we read every message and will get back to you.

Common topics

Account & sign-in

If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password from the login page. If you signed up with Google and are seeing an error, try clearing your browser cookies and signing in again.

Data and scores

If your scores or preferences appear to have been lost, check that you were signed in to your account (not using a guest session) at the time you entered them. Guest session data is browser-local and is not backed up to our servers.

Partner invitations

If you haven't received an invitation email from a partner, check your spam folder. Invitations are sent from the same domain as the app. Alternatively, ask your partner to share the invite link directly from the Buying with somebody? page.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all data from the profile menu (click the profile icon in the navigation bar). If you're unable to access your account, email us and we can process the deletion manually.
